I tried my best, but it's hard to make music.

  3. That's what Paul McCartney says too. Like the ideas, you should check out using a limiter to finalize your mixes.

I used a limiter on the master track.

    Well done, I like it.
The strings (violins/violas) starting at 2:52 could use a little faster attack time so the gap vanishes. And in the second/last part I would place the orchestral drums more in the back (more reverb) and/or maybe even fade them slowly out/down or into the reverb to support the twilight.
No limiter effect visible or audible, but that's not a problem.

It doesn't sound like it was too hard. Good track :like:...Orson thinks so too

If you like it - that's what matters.

Also, no need for limiters in this kind of music. You want to compose for Cinema you have 21dB of usable dynamic range and in a nice theater playback system with enough gain you can hear a mosquito fart. Besides you are coming here to talk to likewise musically minded people who want to hear tension, dynamics, transients and expression.

Don't promise me truffle fries, served by Cambodian virgins, being fanned by cheetahs, on the back of elephants, that were cooked in dragon-fire in zero-gravity and seasoned with spices so exotic they have no name and then dump a bottle of ketchup on top of them as you put the plate in front of me.
