hey yall, are there any mixers in here that would like to mix this beat of mine?

i lost the stems because of a hd failure. i really like the beat tho, but do you think this wav file alone will do?

Hmmm, I don't think you can not do that much with the wav file alone, besides some EQing and Compression.

Basically the drums are too loud. It's hard to fix that in Mixing without effecting the overall character of the beat. Why don't you just redo it? I bet it will come out even better the second time or with a better beat. This one is not bad, but there is something missing to really push it forward… like some 16th note Hihats.

 

The melody is good!
As 5t33z0 said I too find the drums too loud especially the bass kick.
The track sounds flat in my ears, not dynamic, not spacious.
You could also build in a change somewhere....

 

well bro with out the stems you cant track it out so its basically trying Master it not Mixing it
