I'm extremely interested in the latest offerings from izotope. Great plugins.

 

Nice company. They are really innovative and future changer. Like the way, they improve plugins every time. I wonder why there are yet some stupid companies making old-fashioned plugins without any innovation or improvement.

They are removing the need for a master or mix engineer, so the real nonwealthy musicians can produce great high-quality songs without the need to pay or ask someone to mix their songs. Music is merely about the Music, and they are contributing to this idea.

Got an email saying you can do Rent to Own via splice for both of these. Either $9.99 a month each or $14.99 for both. I don't mind the rent to own however by the time it's paid off version 10 or 11 will be out.

However I do support the Rent To Own model because it's a win win for everyone. As somebody who has the Slate Bundle paying $15 a month is great but in the back of my mind I know I don't own this stuff. It's tied to a license on my ilok that gets refreshed every 30 days which so far I've already had 2 issues with where it didn't refresh correctly and took some time to get it to update correctly.

In my experience that never happens. If version 1 is missing from a session, version 2 will not be automatically replaced.

 

Yes. And not only neutron. Same for the Ozone and RX plugins.

finally find the way, change the folder on the preset manager from the neutron 2 folder to the neutron 1 folder

 

You mean we can make some presets in our old projects, then change the folder and recall them in new vst?

 

I never had used ozone in my masters, only mach Eq feature sometimes or widener plugin, but i was testing these days and i'm very happy. If you has a mix well balanced this guy is amazing, the new automatic mastering feature combined with good refence tracks is a winner. The new spectral shaper is another winner, i compared with my favorite harness plug, brainworxs refinement, and it is great not only for master, it is crazy in snares, top perc or hats, What about your test guys?

 

My earliest mixes only had Ozone 5 on them. Man things were simple then...
