No, it's not mine, i used ableton in so many diferent computers.
Ableton say they fixed in this update. it's a problem that they already talk about it. But you just figure it out when you use mac. This makes the workflow much faster on big projects.
This is the only thing i believe ableton is worst on pc than Mac.

    wow that changelog :deep_facepalm::wtf:
I am wondering when Ableton will give us a new major version? when we continue in that speed, 9.99RC10 will be achieved by 2030. and ABleton X will come out 2032. :knock:

Well closed beta of Live 10 is already happening, so hopefully we will get the new version by the end of the year.

no exciting/disappointing beta, but some news. Ableton are taking Live into territory already occupied by other DAWs such as Logic- 64 bit only

    http://cdm.link/2017/10/ableton-live-going-64-bit-mean/

    makes sense really. :)

    Edit actually a boring release

    9.7.5b2 Release Notes
    Bugfixes:
    • Session View navigation with the Roli Blocks Control Surface would only be possible by 4 scenes increments, as opposed to one single scene increment.
    9.7.6b1 Release Notes
    Bugfixes:
    • Authorizing Live on Windows computers running on a variety of recent CPUs could lead to a crash

Ableton said it is soon going 64 bit only
That means a new version IS coming.
Could just be 9.7.x or 9.8, given 10 isnt in public beta yet
Suggestions that 10 is in private beta, so they could be releasing that anyway?

What's with the constant need to update everything.? I know what's going to happen. Ableton 10 will do away with support for win7 because of MS doing the same in the near future. then it means having to change everything again. And around n round in circles we all go!

The problem I have with updates isn't that they update if for people who want it, it's they seem to lose interest in people who do not want to update.
