The song position bar goes up and down or only down and doesn't follow the song.... what is happened?

 

Don't know what you mean by up and down (for me it's left -> right) but sometimes my Fruity Loops has this bug, where the song position slider also doesn't want to follow the song (doesn't move at all if I remember correctly). Saving the project and restarting FL was always the only (but easy) solution for me.

 

i've noticed on several occasions that FL sometimes thinks you're still pressing shift/ctrl/alt after you let the key go, it can explain a lot of iradic behavior

 

I will try to press shift/control/alt if it doesn't work I will unistall it

 

Solved in this way : Options > Audio Settings'. Change the Playback Tracking option to 'Mixer'

Another problem is : in song mode, when I wanna position more patterns in line... at the beginning Fl studio was smart and inserted the pattern in end of the previous one, now I have to waste time to position the pattern exactly where the previous one ends.

there are several different tools in the playlist (songmode) for adding patterns, samples, automation clips etc. you're most likely using the wrong one. click on the paintbrush icon and voila no more overlapping

Ever heard about Ctrl+B?
Also make sure you chose the right snap setting.

 

CTRL + SHIFT+drag
copies and allows you to move the copied item exactly where you want.
this is one of those strange things in FL that can be annoying. it's related to relative snap i think so perhaps when starting a song , make sure the snap you want is selected then items shoud snap. the thing i do now as well, go into the drop-down menu at the top of playlist and select snap > Events and it should do exactly that

Snap > Events is really cool, almost forgot about that, because I rarely use it. Why the f is this thing hidden from the main snap drop down menu? Thx for the reminder
And you mean shift+alt, right?

 

oops, my mistake.
actually, just holding down SHIFT on it's own copies. not sure what i was thinking of there.
and, yes, why are some of FL's functions such a PITA to access. i hope that we will get some of those workflow issues addressed in future versions ( customizable workspace and shortcuts would be amazing, but i'm not holding my breath : )
