Roland to reissue the legendary D-50?

    Who knows... I do love the D50, the Soundtracks preset alone is worth getting one for.

    Not sure how it could be reissued tho;

    1) The plugin is already out (and is really good)

    2) If it was done as a Boutique unit, it would be too small to have access to the full capability of the D50 with PG1000 external controller due to the amount of parameters.

    3) A full reissue of the original... I doubt it when there are always plenty going cheap on ebay, along with the D550 rack versions.

    4) A plugout for System 8 wouldn't fit the design of the keyboard...

    Who knows what Roland is planning.
