Music that is puts less stress on creating an artificial image to believe in, has the potential to show you places in YOU, you didn't even knew existed.

Often, this is music primarily focused on rhythm, complex and drawn out chords and melodies, and in general music that is rather "outside the box" than commercialised. Although that is not always the case.

I attended a music festival a week ago or so. I danced to a Tech House set from Solomon. I entered a state of trance. Many tracks, rhythms and drops triggered an emotional rollercoaster inside me. There was a tingling in my hands and feet. I did not decided how Im gonna move my body to the music, but rather the Music decided how I moved! I am/was the music. Despite the assumptions some of you going to have, I did not take any drugs!

Did you have similar experiences like that? What music hits you right down to your core?

Music shows us a place that is within us, but is protected by our minds via patterns, thoughts, believe systems. Music can help us to realise that this place exists and it is always there. Music just IS existing. It's when our minds cease to put any use to music and just listen, that we can grasp and experience what we really are, the present moment.

 

Sometimes minimalist elements are the key to sound of reality.. i get vibes even from machines and birds :D
