Hey everyone,
I wrongly posted this in our music - would love your feedback and suggestions on how to evolve this track

 

I would add a solo horn track, trumpet if you can find a decent patch. I probably say that because I hear this and the first thing I think of is Papa was a rolling stone.

Edwin I like the mood you are trying to create, however, I find the snare sound and pattern distracting and annoying. Change snare sample and go for simple pattern. Sometimes less is more.

 

Thanks guys I'll give the trumpet patch a go, I like that idea.

And thanks Tony I actually started to think that too, it originally fitted with the original arrangement but I agree, I think it has something to do with the way it comes in too
