I'v installed several plugins one of them is the Waves Complete. After working in PT sessions and saving them i close PT, exit, and i always get the Program didn't closed properly message twice. Altho the sessions do get saved but it's a pain in the a...

I've read somewhere that waves could cause possible PT crashes...

Win7 64 bit, PT 12.5.0.395, Waves Complete 2017.05.24 WIN(v9.91)

Any comments or suggestions ?

Well, un- & reinstall all to find the culprit.. as it's not sure it is Waves. Over here that version works fine, but on W10.
You did use only AAX64 versions, followed the Windows optimisations for PT?

 

Im no expert but might it have to do with your "Playback Engine" settings? Sometimes audio drivers hang on shutdown, causing all sorts of trouble. Toggle "ASIO" and other options, shutting down & restarting a few times to single out the villain.

 

It's the waves sound grid probably.Either uninstall it or kill the process
Killing the process can be a pain because you'll have to do it after every start\restart so if you're not using it it's probably best to just uninstall and delete the driver.
