How do any of us have access to their stuff? Some of us just have better access than others. Maybe I should make a site for 30 a head. Or not. The scene is all about not making money on warez period.

You might wanna learn about the history of these kind of groups. A LOT of them walk away and go solely internal or disappear because of eejits posting requests and demands upon them on a daily basis somewhere on the internet. They have no obligation to serve any of us with anything, and we should be grateful for whatever we get, however often and however long it takes to get to us. From H20 to ASSiGN to AiR to DYN4MiCS (Original) to KRock to PEACEOUT to AudioUTOPIA to R2R, these groups all have human beings in them with different principles and they come and go and what usually makes them go is a lack of gratitude shown for their efforts with incessant demands and people showing no respect for them by stealing or capitalising off their hard work. I don't need to provide any 'credible source' for you, just like R2R don't have to supply anything for you or explain themselves to you. If you think anyone owes you anything, then that's essentially the problem in a nutshell. Some people really need to learn the effort and dedication that goes into this scene and be less unappreciative and demanding!

What I said was that R2R have not officially in their nfo's complained about that a bunch of kids in a public forum is begging and asking for more. Officially their reason was very clear just before they slowed down - and that reason was lack of supplies. That was the reason I draw the conclusion that a bunch of nobodies begs about in a public forum probably is not a problem for R2R. So I simply asked. And according to you and SubGenre they do care about what a few greedy people in public forums beg about. What is wrong for me to ask or question about that. I have asked for nothing more but rather supplied. You might want to work on your attitude.

Im fine. I still make music, graphics, vids and have scene like access to everything. AS and AZ could die tomorrow (Lets hope not. I love this community) and Ill still be cataloging warez for the ones I feel like blessing. Long live AS (and AZ)

Dude, Im super passionate about our scene. I was a part of a major group in the heyday of the web. These guys are like family to me. Fuck with my family and I get mad.

They aren't pissed off about the people begging for releases, that's what "some people" want you to think, but they're pissed off with people who make money off their releases. Guess who is that? They wouldn't be pissed off if the files were shared for free without any "hurdles" and "catches", if you catch my drift. "Pay so you can download as much as you want at full speed". For those who wonder. I've never paid anything to anybody and I never will. Those are supposed to be free releases for everybody.

There is a saying... "when there is a problem, just trace the money." Or rather, trace greed. In there lies the problem, always. It's a disease and it's very hard to cure.

I had an attitude adjustment. It just got worse than before. Just no tolerance for stupidity anymore.

 

I once had a neighbour with a cute kitten called Mimi.
Whenever the neighbour went to work, Mimi would wander down the footpath to my house.
My cat would just watch as Mimi let herself in through the cat window and help herself to food, have a drink, and then jump up to my lap for cuddle. Mimi was a very loving cat, and did not like being left alone at all. She needed company. Mimi would sleep on our bed in the sun of the afternoon, and my cat would just sit there near her, or even curl up in a ball next to her and go to sleep also. My cat usually hated other cats and would hiss and fight any feline that ventured anywhere near our place.
Bizarre isn't it?
When my neighbour moved away, Mimi went too. We all missed her. Especially my cat.
One day the old neighbour turned up at our place enquiring whether we had seen Mimi.
It seems that Mimi had got lonely while my old neighbour had gone to work, but she did not have anyone to visit anymore. Mimi must have tried to find her way home to our place.
There are some nasty people in the small country town I live in who set rabbit traps around the place to catch kill stray cats, without any regard to the fact they could be killing some families beloved pet.
One day on facebook, there was a picture of a trap somebody had found with a cat in it.
It was Mimi.
We were all very sad.
There is a moral to this story.
