Could be a Hammond. Check out their consoles here. Maybe the B3 or the A-162. I'm leaning towards the B3 because the other one has more of a reddish tone to it. Not sure, just took a quick glance.

There's probably a good selection of Hammond emulations out there. Omnisphere and Kontakt should definitely have some. Can't think of any off the top of my head.

Here's three plugins i know of that have tonewheels,
if you can't find the sound your after in the presets you can alway make one that best fits your needs.
    organ 3 by linplug.
    b4 ii by native instruments.
    vb3 organ by genuinesoundware.

    vb3 comes close
b3 from air sounds very good for slower backing tracks

combine them with amplitube or schuffham to get some more growl and grit out of them.
..but sadly nothing comes close to the real beast :(

It is a Hammond alright. Among many others, the Vintage Organs library for Kontakt and Arturia B3 V come very close to the original .

It's a Hammond B3 and it's more than likely Max Middleton playing. There are a LOT of Hammond B3 sample libraries. One of the most used (and faithful) is the Native Instruments version (as mentioned previously)... Logic Pro X comes with a great one... and I'm sure most other professional level DAW's have good ones too...
