Hey guys, here is one of the tracks off my new EP, which will be coming out on May 1st. It's an attempt at mixing and combining a lot of old and new ideas within the realm of trip-hop/hip-hop/eletronic music/jazz. A new branch for the era of Trip Hop. Every component of this track is written ITB, which i feel is a great acheivement. It was a hard feat wrestling with the attention to detail when you have to program and curate each articulation whether is be the drums, harps or pianos and other instruments.

If you guys remember i previously had a post about pianos and mono compatability, and that was due to the numerous problems with this very track. (Fuck Piano In Blue). I tried to pay a lot of attention to all of the elements and make them feel as alive as possible and have tensive buildups as well as having a mix that would stand up to todays loudness. I hope you guys enjoy and please leave any critisism or comments :D

No problem your english is great! Its kind of a mix of dubstep, garage, "future" which is like a loose term for these mixtures of jazzy chords and beats together. With this new EP im trying to put my own imprint on those ideas :D

    Dont panic its organic!
Hell fukYA! That intro is so nice. So funky, not enough o's in the word groove to describe this track.... The progression and the resolve. The half time boom bap with the dbl time percs and fils. Damn it man. The instrumentation is so sweet. New fan and follower. Wow, If you want a trap/future/dubstep remix for the b-side please let me take a crack at it.

The mids were an absolute pain to mix, i had to do a lot of work on the transients to make them come through, especially with gentle kontakt library i used.

Really reminds me of some of Squarepushers older stuff in the 90's. Dig it man. Great job.

Thanks, glad you enjoyed, Cinematic Orchestra is just one of the many inspirations for the EP, there are lots of other artists as well that have driven some of the ideas for the tracks.
