There's some debate as about which Team's version of Waves Complete is preferred. I'm with R2R, but took a look at VR as well, just to know the difference. I know I'm sticking with R2R but here's a kicker. Not at all sure the following makes sense, technically, but it appears the Waves_Complete_Patch.exe as issued with Team VR's version of the plugins collection works to enable the R2R release equally well, with no .wle file needed (hence no running R2R's fine KeyGen), while apparently speeding up loading Waves in Pro Tools significantly.

Again, not sure I'm making a lot of sense here but figured I'd post anyway, your comments welcome.

 

Do any of these releases included the RTAS version anymore ?

 

Yes, R2R December 2016, other releases likely also. Download and have a look I would say, good luck.

Ah great because the last one I did WiN or whoever didn't include or rtas didn't work
