MP 3 Analyzer

    Hi Guys,

    a few weeks, there was posted a program, that analyzes the real quality of an mp3 file. I searched, but couldn`t find it anymore. Any Tips ? Thanks in advance !

    what is 'real quality'? you mean a mp3 that is encoded in a higher bit-rate then its source?

    dont know if its any good. but i used this a lot to tell me what kind of files im loking at. works for all kinds of files
