How to make this transition effect?

    from 4 to 5 seconds...

    it starts with some kind of noise on right channel and going to some percussion on the left channel

    if you can describe it in more detail please, if you can understand whats going on better

    A reversed percussion element (clap, snare) but without the innitial transient
