in other words do you think it is possible to remove a sentence out of a paragraph , for which the entire paragraph ,or page o,r chapter includes all the information which is being talked about,
present it is isolation as if it was formulated that way , ( it is missing 99 percent of information)
and have the result IDENTICAL to if Heisenberg originally wrote as sentence in isolation?

translation to VERY simple words.
