Attack on the compressor has slammed the drum transients out of whack. Wayy too sharp. the song has a really cool atmosphere. The upright bass needs a bit more clarity. There are some mid frequencies that are really piercing. The low stabs are interfering with the clarity at 1:57. I think you need some parallel comp on the drum so the normal transients have precedence over the over compressed ones, its super harsh otherwise. The drum pattern for the rides from 3:20 needs more variance, sounds too robotic. Nice vibes from the track overall though!

I like the mood very much. Mysterious, middle eastern, reminds me a bit of 'Dead can Dance'. but I really don't like the stabs it reminds me of cheap 90's dance music stands out too much and detracts from the general mood. Not sure what to say re the mix but maybe needs more mid to upper parts... keep on going it's good

I like the eerie vibe you established here. I do like the subtle changeups too. Great bg music to zone out/work to. I had it playing while Im finishing some photoshop work for a client. It was strangely motivational, lol.
I dont know your intentions for this song and this is just my opinion. As a BG or intro/filler it works quite nicely, actually reminded me of some AIC or Pearl Jam freeform jam sessions, maybe it was the progression that made it seem familiar.
But for me as a feature track, my mind kept playing key changes. Maybe not the natural maj to keep it dark, maybe a parallel key, i dunno. Just some kind of interlude in there with a key and rhythm change. Just my 2 cents. Build some tension in there and then release

@I/O - Good effort, liked the overall vibe of the track. The beat kinda reminded me of songs from Nine Inch Nails (instrumental works of Trent) and Marilyn Manson in their heydays.

    Cheers!

Thanks to all! You are always helpful

I would like to say a few words about what has inspired me this track:
few weeks ago I saw a documentary on TV about a fact of crime here in Italy where a twelve year old was raped, injured and abandoned dying in a field a few kilometers from home.
Music is often inspired by emotions
