Anyone know of a Max4Live device or something that can do this? Basically I want to play a dummy midi clip in Live and have that trigger the Stop All Clips button on the master channel... Super easy to set up from a controller, but I am just striking out in figuring out how to trigger with a dummy clip?

You can MIDI map 'Stop All Clips' then use a seperate MIDI track to do it.
A while ago I didn't have any MIDI controllers and needed to do something similar so I used a program that could send MIDI when I played my computer keyboard called VMPK
Then I set up a virtual MIDI port with loopMIDI.
Enabled Track and Remote for the virtual MIDI port IN
Enabled Remote for the virtual MIDI port OUT
Then MIDI mapped the appropriate controls and automated.
VMPK was just an added layer of control. You can do this with a single virtual MIDI port.

You could also use the 'STOP' follow action in Live's Launch controls for each clip.
I think MIDI or Key mapping would be easier and give you more control.
ClyphX and M4L can both do this but that seems like overkill (IMHO)

On a side note, you can edit the Follow actions of multiple clips by selecting them in Session and clicking on the Clip View Selector in the bottom right corner. The Launch settings you define here are applied to all selected clips.

As Pinkman said ClyphX is slightly overkill but it saved my butt when I needed to send MIDI PC to an external efx unit every time I selected certain tracks on Ableton.
