How much would it cost to have a sound designer /developer make a sound bank of presets for like Sylenth or Massive

 

some of them design them and give them away for free... but you can shoot Vandalism an email and see how many thousands $$$ they want to do a "special" one just for you

It always costs time. Sometimes it costs money. You could download an M4L device that randomizes your VSTs parameters.

Yea but I mean how much it cost, like per preset or per time etc

 

Usually it's a deal of "Hey [insert a famous producer name], we have a killer plugin coming up, would you like to try it out, tell us what you like about it, maybe create a couple of presets". Either this and the producer gets to keep the plugin, or they hire a specialized sound designer. There are plenty of them, and often companies like NI, Softube, Waves have the same people onboard as it's just contract work.
