    LOL I don't know what the issue is but Olymoon doesn't seem like the sort of person to abuse power given to him (assuming that's why you want to contact someone above him) . I'm going to assume you were breaking the rules and got put in your place, as a moderator of such a high traffic site he can't please everybody. I apologize if I'm wrong.
