So have they really found it or not? anyway finding this particle dosen't prove or dissprove god. it just shows we can brake things down to being almost nothing. With how stuff have gone in the past they'll proberly find it and need to find its opposite so that it makes sence and can actually make the particles (quorks, tau, electrons and stuff) that make the particles (protons and neutrons) that make the elements that make us. is it Really worth brakeing things so that we can see what the stuff is made of? its what its made of not who made it
Actually, the physisist who was responsible for naming the particle has dyslexia. It was supposed to be named the Dog particle. Suck on that, Blind Faithful.
Actually, it became the name from the book that was supposed to be named "The Damn God, Particle", but the book company manager thought it be better named "The God Particle"...! So it became the name... Has nothing to do with a particle of god and wouldn't make any sense. If god would exist(what I don't believe) all particle would be god particle.
