I have here a nice version of the EMI/Abbey Road Brilliance Pack, apparently akin to the Softube model, except these aren't AAX, I see iVST (.dll) and RTAS (.dpm and .dpm.rsr) extensions. Can't say whether they're 'cracqued' or straight, they do work inside Pro Tools 10 and Audacity.

Still a bit of a newcomer to DAW recording I was hoping to line them up inside the new Pro Tools HD 12.5.0 by use of the SugarBytes VST to AAX Wrapper. After scanning for the plugins however, they are located but blacklisted, reason given "Unable to load file".

Might this be due to some compatibility issue?

Secondly, might there be an alternative way of enabling this version of the Brilliance Pack for Pro Tools 12?

If you can't get it to work, keep in mind

All Digital Parametric EQ’s are the same.

http://ericbeam.com/?p=361 (they even test some abby rd stuff)

Using any PEQ, A very wide Q at a high frequency would make results that sound bout the same.
