Looked all over the net on how to stop this window from popping up every time i open Bitwig.

I have changed everything i can in the firewall, but no luck...

Whether i click deny or accept it pops up the next time i open.

 

Try adding an exemption in your Firewall for incoming connections to Bitwig. If that doesn't work, you might have to re-sign the app.
Using Terminal cd to your Bitwig directory and enter the following:

sudo codesign --force --deep --sign - ./Bitwig Studio.app

 

Thanks for reply, I'm just getting "no such file or directory" I'm not entirely sure how to do this. Pretty much a noob on mac.

 

Please open system preferences > security & privacy > open the pad lock by entering admin name & password . Click on firewall > firewall options ,select the box block all incoming connections . You can follow the screen shot settings , the reasons are given in it , and that are self explanatory
