Are there any?

I found two non-free options but despite the lack of money I wouldn't buy stuff for just two times I'll ever use it especially since one can take a regular organ and just mess it up a bit...although it lacks the right character it works. But maybe there's a free one around I couldn't find and I guess this is the best place to ask.
