I'm looking for Plugins or Reaktor ensembles that can make:
Atmosphere, FX, Sound Design, Rare/Inusual sounds generators.
If there any Kontakt library can also be interesting.

Have you tried "Form" for Reaktor ?

 

I have tried FORM, can serve.

 

There's alot of really interesting stock stuff in Reaktor like Spiral, Lurker, Newscool, Travelizer, Krypt. Check the Legacy Library for 3 & 4. It's all inside the Reaktor 6 factory library. Everything in the Electronic Instruments Volumes 1&2 are awesome too.

Pretty much anything by Twisted Tools. Scapes, S-Layer and Rolodecks and Nod-e are favorites but all their stuff is perfect for sound-design. Even the old ensembles.

Seriously though, patch a bunch of the stock stuff together or even drop multiple ensembles into the panel view and just copy/paste modules.
Favorite or most used right now isn't even in Reaktor. Ohm Force Symptohm.

Also any FX applied to cool sources. Aes Dana Aethers 01 has some cool atmospheres in there, ready to be used or manipulated
