If you mean Scream Tracker, Impulse Tracker, FastTracker, et al. then yes. But a more elaborate question will be needed to expound upon the topic.

In other words, what is your real question?

Yes. Protracker (Amiga), FT2 (PC), Renoise, Jeskola Buzz.
Is there a follow-up question, or were you just curious to know?

Octamed 4 & Fasttracker 2 :) in the early 90's almost in every electronical shop you could buy an Amiga.
    even moby has a track:

I started with FastTracker II, then moved to Buzz. A buddy of mine makes music with a gameboy, I think that's a tracker, too.

FT II was my start. then came mad tracker. nowadays i occasionally use nanoloop (not really a tracker) when i'm on a longer trainride.
the gameboy stuff is really cool too but i gave mine away.

ProTracker and OctaMED on the Amiga. I sometimes crank up OctaMED Soundstudio on the PC even now.

Someone has good things to say about OpenMPT?
I guess they are all kinda the same though, don't know which one to pick. Already made a little tune on this one, starting to get the hang of it. But coming from a DAW this is real painful lol ^^ Although I have to say it stimulates creativity and I focus more on the actual track instead of "omg i pick this vst or this preset" or "omg need to EQ this out!!1" IDK maybe its just me

I see also Renoise is the most "featured" one but it lacks .mod/.xm exporting/writing, which I need

Daryl Dixon taught me how to track.
Seriously, though. Renoise + Xrns2XMOD. Requires some configuration but, hey. Squirrels.

Ah, OpenMPT is for pussys. I mean, support for VST and ASIO? Bah! If you want the real deal, try this recreation of maybe the best ever tracker: Schism Tracker is a replika of the famous Impulse Tracker!

I started on Amiga with ProTracker, later then Fasttracker II on PC. As soon as I could afford a Roland synth (JV-90, with expansion) and Cubase I turned my back on trackers and never returned...
A year ago I tried to record the last cassettes I still had into my PC. I found one of the many Tracker Songs I made on the Amiga. Pure nostalgia, must have been around 1989:
