hey fam, windows 10 has been out for awhile now and i'm curious if the kinks have been worked out of it yet..
I was thinking of maybe upgrading to it... would it really be an upgrade from win7 ice?

    I use FL Studio 12.

I have been trying it out on a cheap laptop... you would need to dig into it and spend some time configuring it to your liking
I'm still not excited about transitioning my DAW/music apps, or anything else for that matter.

1st thing that was a pain out of the box... you have to go in and take control of any new folder you create or it won't let
    you save to it...

From all the benchmarks Ive seen such as cpu and memory use improvements are really small/negligible except for shutting down and booting. But thats not enough for me to switch versions. Win7 here still too. If I was going to update it would be to 8.1. I cant do an upgrade and would have to reinstall everything because of my multi drive setup, my programs drive being different from my OS drive

Still on win 7 for my studio, I have a laptop win 10 which is not used for music creation. Think I'll keep it that way.
