It's a saw oscillator in A (pitch modulation on sparse MIDI notes) with distortion. Not even a filter I think but ost likely two similar sounds layered wit slightly different distortion setting. I always wonder when people need "that sound" and that sound is 4 clicks away from any synth's init preset - do you have figured out your entire track and all you're missing is the lead sound?

 

to me sounds like high pitched hoover sound
