Are the plugins you are trying to use 32bit? Cubase 9 Pro no longer supports 32bit plugins, so I would assume this would also apply to Elements.

Windows 10 x64 Cubase 9 9.0.2 i think by VR

 

what version waves plug-ins u Use men , and what version cubas elements , because my version is 9.0.2 and last plug-ins waves and no work , i tested em win 7 and win 10

 

cubase pro 9.0.1/win 7 SP1 x64, tried multiple versions of waves (selected VST2/VST3 64bit for install), can't get any of them to work
cubase recognizes them but puts them on a blacklist even though it says they're 64bit plugins and I can't reactivate them, don't know why
The standalone version works like a charm, but can't open any of the plugins in cubase
I'm 100% sure I installed everything correctly, followed the instructions word by word

 

the solution is Team VR Fix it or copy DLL mediaservice.dll , VSTPlugManager.dll (Cubase pro 9 and past Cubase elements 9)
