I had this problem as well, simply download an unlocked version, not one that requires a keygen,,, unzip it and pull out the .exe file and the .dlls, i have a legit kontakt though, but this way i am able to load any library and no activate button no demo mode......when i say pull out the exe and dll i mean thats all i use of the unlocked download, the rest i delete, so to be clear i have a legit kontakt, and when i run it with the kontakt.exe that i downloaded, of course you change your dlls as well, also you need to remove all traces of the legit exe file or Komplete Kontrol or Maschine will use it instead and the activate button will be back on the third party libs, just move them out of the various places they are loaded..works like a charm

 

Delete the library from Kontakt. Go into NI Service Center in Offline mode.
Go to Overview and see if the library is still listed. If it is click Show Details. Click EDIT and remove the Serial No and Activation Key.
Make sure to firewall the Service Center's OUTBOUND connection.
Remove the .xml for the library from Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center

Add the library again.

 

This actually fixed my problem with the prominy sc sudenly showing in demo mode in 552 tracer kontakt. And it wasn't just tge button but the library stops working after a while. I installed the service center (it's tricky to find NI SC installation, but it's there, on the NI site in the old soft page), prominy sc was listed but it had not any of the numbers, was blank. But either way, when I closed it, and re-added the library it was not in demo mode anymore.

Can you please guide me with getting the file downloaded? I mean the link from where I can get the kontakt file and where all to delete the previously installed kontakt

 

5.6.6 version you won't see ANY activate buttons at all. Install that one. I always update my original to 5.6.5 then do a crack update to 5.6.6. This fixed all my issues but now I need 5.6.8 to run some of my new ones

 

What I arrived at by trial and error, now stably working with 'Demo' mode gone, 'Activate' button removed, no other issues whatsoever is:

Install v5.6.0 [R2R] +KeyGen.

From v5.6.5 [Fixed] version collect Kontakt 5.exe, use to replace C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Kontakt 5\Kontakt 5.exe

From v5.6.5 [Fixed] version collect Kontakt 5.aaxplugin, use to replace C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins\Kontakt 5.aaxplugin
