Try loading the audio into software which converts it to MIDI.

I tried WIDI Software 4.3, Celemony Melodyne Studio, in both software are too much "Artifacts", is not possible convert to Sheets in Sibelius

 

This is only short version of Piano solo - like other midi on google

 

From about 3:20 the part that you are trying to find is playing. You could either transcribe the notes and timing by yourself (the piano roll is scrolling down) or put it into your audio to midi converter of choice as there should be few or no artifacts to deal with as this is just a software piano playing to midi data and not a performance with other noise to mix things up.. There might be the outside chance that you could contact the person who put up the video or even ask Eric Carmen to record the midi for you (you never know).
