its right that loud music sounds not better because you can set the volume on windows. but good music which is loud without overdriven mastering brings more attention.

It seems as if only relatively more famous ones have the right to published music which is strikingly loud.

No its not artist dependend. The Youtube leveling is simply not really precise.
