Satan Saint - dude, with an attitude like that i'd have thought you'd have been rooting for Darth Vadar & Co in Star Wars. After all, it's a story about a bunch of anti-establishment terrorists (freedom fighters) and their socialist quest to rid the universe of narssistic, power-obsessived fascists in a naive bid to deliver equality of opportunity to all. ;)

Carrie Fisher was an extremely privileged daughter of two wealthy, successful entertainment icons - hardly a rags to riches story then... in her own right, she grew to become a competant actress & highly successful coke-head who happened to play a part in a film that you loved as a boy... she may well have been a very nice person, though i struggle to recall her ever publicly rallying against any of the manifest injustices of the real world, as opposed to the candy make-believe of the overhyped star-wars one. That you might wish cancer on some guy you don't even know in defence of some actress you also never knew, 'cos he won't play ball with the 'i loved carrie more than anyone' panto is frankly shameful, especially in this so-called season of good will.

How much does a nice clean bed in 'free' America cost per night these days? In any event, who would ever 'choose' a shit hospital over a good one?!? You comment assumes choice i.e. wealth. For real, i'd take my chances with the humble bed bugs over the likes of self-satisfied god-fearing narcissists for company as and when my time comes.

BTW, an uncle of mine died on Xmas day. An honest, caring, generous man with many other positive virtues. Ah, but he's not from the wealthy, famous class and therefore unentitled to the unconditional 'praise' of strangers. Who the fuck cares eh.

It's not hard to show a bit of respect for the deceased, so when people come here and are disrespecful, you have to ask, Why did you post? Sour grapes cos, they had more money than you, or what you preceive as an easy life. Money is not happiness, and it's a shame so many people seem to feel it is.
