Covering one of my all time favorite songs: Zombie (and tech test: Malefica)

    To finish off this year I thought that a real, full blown cover would be nice. And there was only one option, a song that I love since I first heard it when I was 6 years old: Zombie.


    And as we all are gearheads here: I tested my software-sample-recording-setup with "Malefica" (KVR Developer Challenge Contender). Really great sounding distortion pedal VST.

    Thankfully I don't want desperately to sleep with the singer of this version. The original sounds like the sexiest chick alive. It's that Oirish accent. Maybe if you can do an Irish accent, wear a flouncy skirt? ;)
