OH GAWD,

you all have no idea what just happened to me right now... pure rage!!!

So I was playing Pokemon Sun and was doing the UltraBeast sidequest. This is a mission you do after the main story is completed and is one of the bigger missions in the game.

The idea is basically to catch all the ultrabeast appearing around the various islands. These ultrabeasts are not only powerful, but at the same time, they all take a really long time to catch.

So about 1 hour and a half into the mission, I finally get to the last ultrabeast. I threw out my ultra ball to capture and failed a few times until finally my ultra ball clicked and captured Guzzlord!

I was so excited that I clenched my fist and shouted 'YES!' and as I did my wrist accidentally hit the game card and ejected the game and in an instant I lost ALL my game data from an hour and a half ago! All my ultrabeasts are gone and I have to do it all again!!!!!

Had something similar happen to me during gold and silver. Had been hunting the 3 legendary dogs entai suicunce and raiku [spelling] i had in all my hours of playing ever seen raiku and i finally did i got so excited i threw my hands up and my battaries flew out my gameboy color.

It's a play on the old-ish trolling meme (for lack of a better phrase), inserting the 3DS for the original console in the joke, the Xbox 360.

So say you're in some fucking World of Warcraft server and you blurt out:

"You know why they call it an Xbox 360? Because people walk up to it, turn 360 degrees, and walk away."

...and then all of the people who get super serious correct you because, obviously, turning 360 degrees you would be walking toward the Xbox. It's supposed to be dumb so you can get a laugh out of how people react.

Yes, I did this with my WoW guild* way back in the day. We used to be called <Humble> and would spam trade chat with "HUMBLE RULES!" You'd be amazed how many people don't get the irony of a guild named Humble bragging about how they ruile, but a lot don't.

*We kind of did rule (our server at least) because at one point we were in the top 50 US guild Illidan kills. Still it was all still intended to fuck with people. I think of all the time I spent playing that damn game, trolling tradechat was the most fun.
