    One of my favorite bass players, and a damn good singer. He will be missed.

    He was the Lake in Emerson, Lake and Palmer. This was his biggest solo single, 1975

    damn, earlier this year I've heard him commenting on Emerson's suicide and now he's gone too.

    Palmer seems to be in a good health and continues with his ELP legacy tours

    July 8, 1977 with the 64 piece orchestra, and many times after that.

    Another great musician and human being gone, while the scumms remains here on earth, still..

  14. Amazing. When I first saw them perform this a million years ago I remember thinking that I found it almost impossible that a few guys could paint such a vivid musical landscape, even the spaces between the spaces. Masters each, together leaving us with a legacy we can never know again, sadly. Thank goodness for memories in which I hope we have many happy returns.

    RIP Greg. In the Court of the Crimson King is one of my all time favorite albums, I'll never forget smoking a joint and listening to that album for the first time. I am still in awe at the sound of that album.
