PC Just had a meltdown. No idea where to start with diagnosing the problem

    He just said to boot from it which is a common practice for diagnosing Windows machines that won't start. Nothing about installing it as his main OS just as a troubleshooting tool which I have done in the past many times as well

    i had a issues like this couple weeks ago. opened up my case and seen the fan was to my graphics card was fill of dust preventing the fan from spinning. cleaned it and all was well.

    Yeah... for some unknown reason the room I use for my gear is dusty as all hell. This was the first thing I did, however my PC wasn't as dusty on the inside as I thought it would be. I blow compressed air through the case on a fairly regular basis
