You can find old iLok for 30$ on Ebay, but I think some softwares need the 2nd generation iLok... Still on Ebay you can find 2nd generation for something like 43$ on Ebay.com.au

But I guess you already know all that

If you just use Mach5, iLok1 is good enough. You may get one for $15
