Flobberish bass sound

    Hi Guys
    Maybe someone can give me an idea on how i make this (bpm synced) flobberish bass sound on 0:46 ?

    Can`t get how to start and controll this bass ? (automation or on the fly?)
    And maybe wich AU instrument is the better and easier choice ?

    Saw wave. Pitch it low. Bandpass filter.
    Add an additional sine oscillator.
    That simple.

    I even made a video for making a similar sound once:

    It isn`t so much about the sound but how to do the modulation (lfo(s)?)

    Pitch automate/pitch-bend it. That should do the trick.
