HI again :D,
Here I am reporting another problem (like 100% of my previous threads):/.
When I scan my vst´s to search the waves vst´s it gets stuck in GTR Tool Rack Mono/Stereo, and Stereo.
It never scan it,it just get stuck(last time scanning it got 2 hours scanning the same vst´s) so I skipped
but I need that vst cuz´ need to record guitar, this only happens in fl studio.
In REAPER this doesn´t happen.

UPDATE: It happens with REQ 4 STEREO too.

There are better options available for guitars if you didn't know already

 

you for sure don't "need" waves GTR for recording guitar.
Like subGENRE wrote there much better options for guitar.
If Reaper scanning Waveshell ok & your familiar then why not go with that maybe.
Much better DAW all round & especially wrt recording guitar imo.
Don't use FL but seems like it hanging on validation of that plugin etc so maybe try a few different scan options if you haven't etc.

Why not uninstall fl and clean registry, cache, every trace then reinstall it afresh.

 

Did you try to deselect combine diffrent versions? worked out for me once

Maybe try rolling back to the previous WAVES version, and see what happens?

 

I always do this for myself. Can't say about fl as I don't use it but generally speaking, uninstall and clean install is a common practice until proven otherwise in a specific case.

 

What version do you have? Update fl studio.

Tried that 3 times (even with revo uninstaller and deleting my keys).

tried that,it didn´t worked.
