Agreed but there is a limit to what is reasonable even for quality. £149 for one plugin doesn't seem reasonable to me, you could buy a complete DAW for the price of 2 of their plugins.

  2. Or in the case of Reaper, $149/60=

Yeah. I got Pro Q 2 on sale and Saturn second hand

aaaand... that's it. If they insist on charging 50% more for plugins that are 20% better I'll keep paying people on GS or KVR for Fabfilter plugins instead of them.

Pro-R...:woot: I can't imagine a half-dozen of eggheads who spends time thinking about the right name for it.

The GUI seems better than ever (Pro-C2/Q2 style).

I always EQ and compress after the verb , sometimes I eq before it too. This would be nice to tryout in my flow

Good point but to me its like complaining about Waves prices. It is top notch brands, engineering and GUIs. Pretty worth to me.

SAturn is already perfect, why a v2?

a reverb would be awsome from them, i would def buy it, because they always deliver.

ohh yeah its def a reverb:

Saturn 2? May be people want more modes of saturation and new ones? Like more tapes, tubes, transformers, vinyl, consoles, old radios, amps, preamps, mixed combinations etc. Maybe more flexibility, more nuances to adjust, more other knobs, more quality?
I heard about their bad oversampling algorithms and bad ISP detection, e.g. in Pro-L

Their plugins are always "user friendly" with very little learning curve and they're not cpu hogs.
Seems like a pretty cool plug to me.
I know we have VerbSuite and Altiverb 7 and i'm not saying this is a replacement, but it seems like it could be worth checking out.

Some people just need 30 reverb plugins. They collect them like those kinder egg toys in Europe.
    I use 21 though, i need them.
