Create MIDI track from audio region (Vocal Chops)?

    Hi, I've Logic Pro X and i wish to make vocal chops in my project. I mean, i've seen fruity slicer on fl studio. This tool can splice vocals and audio file from pitch changing, so it create a instrument track that has different chops for every note
    How can i make it in Logic?

    (that's not a sampler track! Sampler simply takes one audio file and makes you able to change the pitch with piano roll)
