I been trying recreate this lead sound myself but doesnt come out right. I was hoping if someone can share how make this sound or maybe share a preset . i have sylenth1, or serum

That's easy. You can make it yourself in no time in any synth. It's a simple square wave, monophonic, with fast portamento/glide and a little bit of reverb. Go nuts!

Square works. But try some PWM square (pulse-width modulation) if you want more control. Add a bandpass (or lowpass+highpass) and set cutoff, resonance to taste.
Add pitch-bend automation where you want those pitch modulation to happen (as in the youtube clip).
