-what flute is this?
-anybody know a library (maybe even kontakt library)?
-what strikes me most is the imperfection. I love the detune
-I really don't enjoy flutes that sound to airy, I like how this one doesn't have much of that.

You could use something similar to wavesfactory newmello I for that.
The noisy, warped sound and abrupt sample-like adsr of a mellotron... it comes pretty close.

 

I think this vst comes close regarding the points "not too airy" and "imperfection". Further postprocessing might be needed, but out of the box it's already pretty close.
