im back but with dance music

 

As someone who's always loved dancing, it's not something that would get me on the dance floor. Nice background chilled vibe though.

If it was for me, I'd have made that intro for a nice hard trance track (think "... wonderful human beings" ).
I honestly don't know what this is, but I'm pretty sure it's something modern (trap / chill whatever they call it today).
Sometimes the pad are too bright (when you open the filter, in some passages) and it's too much noticeable for me.
The ending is a bit lame, it's just a fade out. Quick idea: you could have played only the flute with an alternate version of the melody, with an ending note as to close the track. Sound quality: I'm on desktop speakers and can't really comment, but sometimes the kick has a layer with another sound that is very harsh and I don't like it. Like if it was distorted A LOT (not in a pleasant way ^^)
I like the bass the melodies and all the musical aspects. Just don't like the genre itself. I actually made a 4 tracks EP/mini album with downtempo/ambient stuff, but it's a lot different than this (more inspired towards older styles, etc).

Btw, dance music... where's my 4/4 kick!?

thanks for the listen man im happy for the feedback mabey i shouldnt call this dance music after all i dont like genres and i litterally made this in 5 minutes it was just what i was feeling and it made me dance after so i guess this is my interpretation of what dance music is

 

well thanks for listening and yea i get you. i didnt automate that filter it was just like that so i used it for baking the main pad. this was a rush job but its like my fouth time ever trying to make something like this i usually do something around hiphop usually so if u can give my soundcloud a chance i have other types of genres i want to get under my belt.

 

Sorry mate, but hip hop, rap, rock and similar stuff is really not my style. Can't say anything useful about those
