Chkdsk popup when opening Omnisphere in FLStudio 12

    So basically this says the file $Mft is damaged and not readable... (I don't know what that file is)
    then suggests I should run a check disk on it
    however my C drive is an SSD and I've read somewhere that you shouldnt use chkdsk on them

    Anyone know what's going on here and how to fix this?
    Omni works fine, but I'd still like to know why it's giving this message.

    Well, I said f it and ran a chkdsk on my ssd anyway and now that message is gone. So maybe what I read was a myth.
    I wonder what caused that error though... strange.
