I use fl studio to produce but Im used to designing my bass and dubstep bass in simpler using ableton live, Is there any plugins thats simular to simpler for fl studio?

As Ableton 'Simpler' is mainly a sampler, simply use 'DirectWave' within FL Studio. Once you have collected and mapped your desired samples, you can edit them in various ways thanks to the various options and FX available, then simply save your diverse instruments as Single Instruments (DirectWave Presets) or as Multis (if you want or need to get various sound layers within a same Instrument). Of course, you can also use an 'external' VSTi Sampler Engine.
