Guys do you know how can I switch between major and minor chords in strum libraries?

 

Just pres the three keys at once, a-c-e for A minor or a-c#-e for A major etc.

Its same if you want other chords like sus or aug .... PRES THE CHORD KEYS

 

So... how do you play a Csus2?

 

Works but It's a bit odd, I have played a C-C#-G all together and the result is C#major

 

How about pressing down the C F G keys

 

C F G is Csus4

C D G Csus2

And Ilya is good library.

 

C-F-G is Csus4 and, however, It seems don't recognize the Csus2 chord. *no*

Firstly, with this kind of great Kontakt Libraries, it's almost mandatory that a well provided manual is included with certainly also a 'Quick Start' (reduced manual with less in-depth infos). Then, within this Manual, I only can guess that all the important functions (mainly these included in the own Script) are properly detailed... So, if there's a 'special' method or function that permits you to switch between Major Chords and Minor Chords, it must be clearly explained.
Many of these 'extended' Kontakt Scripts that are included in such great Libraries as this one have various functions/options to be able to get variations when you play with it, and for sure this 'Ilya Efimov Strum Library' don't make exception to the rule !
I don't have this Library, but after an image of the Main GUI that I saw, the Kontakt Keyboard has several colors on its keys and this means that various functions/options related to the Script(s) are available. In the Blue area (the largest area of the keyboard) are always placed the keys that play the 'normal' notes within the available octaves, then with the others colored keys you can get all the functions/options implemented by the developer of the Library. These others colored keys are always either on the left of the keyboard, or as this is the case within this Library, also to the right. This indicates that a lot of functions and/or options are available for varying the 'playing mode' of this Library.
As this Library is named '... Strum Library', I can also guess that various of these colored keys permit you to get several 'Strum Techniques' or 'Strum Rhythm Variations',... hence my suggestion that maybe some of these colored keys can permit you to alternate between the Major and the Minor mode, or eventually get 'Inverted Chords Combinations' as used very frequently by 'real' guitar players.

And for the available Chords Type, if it exists several as it seems that's the case, this also should be found and explained within the Manual or a separate Doc or Infos file.
