I'm installing Geist 2 on my laptop till I get a new motherboard for my main workstation.
It installed and I activated it. I can launch it and it seems to run but parts of the GUI are missing.
I meet the recommended specs and I can't find anything specific on the FXpansion forums except a mention of an update to fix some GUI bugs.

Thing is It worked perfectly on the desktop before the motherboard died so I'm hoping it's just some vc_redist or something I'm missing.

I'm on Windows 10 64-bit and like I said more than meet the recommended specs.
The release I downloaded was FXpansion Geist 2 v2.0.6.5 [WiN-OSX] Incl Patched and Keygen-R2R
and I tried multiple sources for this release.
This is what it looks like.



Any help would appreciated.

 

I just installed the demo off the FXpansion site and then reinstalled the R2R version and everything's good except this palm print on my face.

 

Glad you got it sorted. Just as a note for the future, check that the graphics drivers that windows 10 put on your computer support open GL. when I upgraded it replaced my windows 7 open GL driver, so now I can't use anything that's open GL, and as my lappie's old microsoft in their wisdom haven't made an open GL driver for my card. Window's won't let me put the old driver back either.
