i want to buy Soundsonline software via digital download.
But in Germany i have to spend 40€ more because of taxes.

when i enter a american adress, there are no taxes.
So can i use a american adress and pay via paypal to my email without taxes?

does anyone has some experience ?

2 potential problems with that idea, firstly a lot of retailers now check your ip address to see where you are in the world and when i pay with paypal it seems to send the address that paypal have on file for me to the company i purchased anything from.

To get around these problems you could use a vpn to give you an american ip address and you could get a prepaid credit card and use a fake address for it.

Another, maybe much simpler idea is to find another reseller, with the item you want, who is not in the EU and who dont charge vat to eu buyers.

Best for normal vst purchases are Audiodeluxe or Jrrshop in the usa.

I have no idea if either of them stock the particular item you want though as you dont say what it is?

Also, maybe buy second hand, if the software you want is able to be resold, theres no vat on second hand personal sales.

For that try the kvr sell and buy forum, theres everything there but you do need to be aware that the occassional con artist trys to sell dodgy software there.
